Nutrition Coaching

Get the same level of nutrition interventions and accountability but a different level of communication. All communication is via email check-ins with the only live phone call being the initial assessment. If dyssynchronous communication is your thing, and you are highly motivated on your own – this might be the package for you.

Group Nutrition
Coaching for Boston

Join Meghann for a group nutrition program as we train for the Boston Marathon! Sign up if you are running the 2022 Boston Marathon & want to be a part of the first Featherstone Nutrition Coaching Group. (Note: Registration closed as of 1/17/22)

Pre-Race Nutrition Plan

A customized, detailed – what to eat and drink – for the 3 days leading up to your next marathon. Answer a few questions and you will receive a guide of what to eat and drink leading up to your next race to fully stock those glycogen stores for your best-fueled race. <<your guide will be sent 5 – 10 business days after your purchase>>

Group & Individual Education

Group education for your athletes or team can be a phenomenal way to light the performance nutrition fire. We can meet for an informal discussion on the topics you deem necessary. Individual education sessions available upon request.

With extensive experience in public speaking and engaging lecture development, Meghann can be an asset to your conference, event, or seminar. Options include casual interactive discussions, formal PowerPoint lectures, and everything in between.
