Preheat air fryer to 400°F
In a medium bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey and lime juice. Mix well. Add in raw salmon pieces. Stir gently to coat salmon well with the sauce. <Bonus points if you have a moment to let it sit & marinate.>
Prep your air fryer basket or tray. <add foil to the bottom for easier clean up> Air fry salmon pieces for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
Assemble your bowls with 1 cup cooked rice, ¼ of the salmon pieces, ½ avocado and a big handful of cucumbers and drizzle spicy mayo & teriyaki sauce on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds & green onions.
