Combine all ingredients but the sprinkles in a food processor.
Process until all ingredients are evenly ground together. You might need to stop and break up the large ball that is formed and process a couple more times.
If your dough is warm from all that processing, allow it to cool by placing in the refrigerator for a little. Then, mix in the sprinkles.
Roll into 14 balls. If your hands get sticky, wash off the excess and spray them with a little oil before rolling.
Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
