Strawberry Orange Creamsicle Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Florida Orange Juice
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder if you only have unflavored protein powder, add a splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes approx 8 cubes
  • 1 ripe banana medium, peel removed
  • 6 strawberries medium, leaves cut off
  • pinch of salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on medium to high speed until desired consistency is reached.
  • Enjoy! (Ideally within 1 hour post-run for optimal recovery)
