Fall 2024Half or Full Marathon Group Nutrition Coaching
With Meghann and the support of a group, you will learn all things performance nutrition & hydration leading up to your fall marathon or half marathon in a supportive group environment.

- Weekly, 1 hour live educational sessions x 10 weeks <live & recorded>
- Access to Meghann, sports dietitian, for individual questions for the program duration + until your goal race if within 3 months post 10-week program.
