Feather Sports Performance Package
$275/month*
Get the same level of nutrition interventions and accountability but a different level of communication. All communication is via email check-ins with the only live phone call being the initial assessment. If dyssynchronous communication is your thing, and you are highly motivated on your own – this might be the package for you.

Last Minute Crunch Time Performance Nutrition Session with Meghann
$125/session*
This package is for athletes who have last-minute questions and/or concerns with their race date quickly approaching.
* This package is not a substitute for on-going nutrition coaching packages. Package availability varies based on Meghann’s schedule, the depth of question/concern and adequate time to address the question/concern prior to the race. This package is not guaranteed to those inquiring – we will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm or decline the package request.
Cost: $125/30 minutes (*must purchase in 30-minute increments prior to session. Add sessions in the field below.)
Hydration Consultation with Meghann
$125/session*
This package is for athletes who need help with their training and race day hydration plans. Meghann will discuss your sweat rate, hydration needs, products to use and create a training and/or race day plan.

Fall Half or Full Marathon Group Nutrition CoachingFor early fall races prior to October 29

When: July 14th – September 15, 2022 (10 weeks) – Thursdays at 12pm ET
With Meghann and the support of a group, you will learn all things performance nutrition & hydration leading up to your fall marathon or half marathon in a supportive group environment. This course assumes some baseline nutrition knowledge. If you feel you need a little basic nutrition tune-up, we recommend signing up for the Featherstone Group Nutrition Coaching in May, first.
Includes:
- 10 weeks of group nutrition education & support
- Weekly, live, one-hour education sessions + Q&A via Zoom <recorded + posted viewing option> + supportive materials <handouts, discussion slides, etc>
- Access to a private support group via Slack
- Support via Slack from Meghann & Featherstone Nutrition
- Encouraged weekly goals & assignments for focused nutrition growth <honor system, not required>

When: May 26th – June 30th, 2022 (6 weeks) – Thursdays at 1pm ET
Learn about fueling your body for daily life & performance in a healthy, sustainable way. We will start with the basics & learn how to build solid nutrition habits for daily life & how to scale this for training. This program would be great on its own or as a pre-course to the Fall Marathon Training Group.
Includes:
- 6 weeks of group nutrition education & support
- Weekly, live, one-hour education sessions + Q&A via Zoom <recorded + posted viewing option> + supportive materials <handouts, discussion slides, etc>
