Strawberry Orange Creamsicle Recovery Smoothie
Ingredients
- 8 oz Florida Orange Juice
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder if you only have unflavored protein powder, add a splash of vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes approx 8 cubes
- 1 ripe banana medium, peel removed
- 6 strawberries medium, leaves cut off
- pinch of salt optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on medium to high speed until desired consistency is reached.
